Creamy Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled eggs are such an easy, healthy protein to have for breakfast, a great start to the day, and really tasty. The amount of eggs obviously worked out by the amount of people for breakfast. Have them on their own with some tomatoes, mushrooms or with "the works" i.e. bacon etc. 

Ingredients:

8 x eggs

1/2 cup (125ml cream)

2 x tablespoons fresh chives ( not a necessity, personal choice )

30gms butter

Method:

1. Place eggs, cream and chives in a medium bowl, beat lightly with a fork. 

2. Heat butter in large frying pan over medium heat. Add egg mixture, wait a few seconds, then use a wide spatula to gently scrape the set egg mixture along the base of the pan, cook until creamy and barely set.

Serve immediately, with toast.
